We ship through the USPS + UPS.

If an order is shipped from Bandwagon Boutique to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. We WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. Bandwagon Boutique WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Bandwagon Boutique is NOT responsible for:
  • Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
  • International Duties or Customs Charges

    Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

    • If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Bandwagon Boutique IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.

     

    RETURN POLICY:

    Returns are accepted within 14 days of customer receiving the order.
    Exchange or store credit will be issued BUT only if the item is received (by me) within 14 days from original delivery date. No Cash Refunds. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility. Bandwagon Boutique requires the tracking number for any item being sent back. 
    RETURN WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THE TRACKING NUMBER!!!
    This request is for YOUR safety. We send out tracking info with every order and we expect the same respect. 
    Your full name and order number must be included in your package to us.


    Item must be un-worn, un-washed, and un-altered and have the original sales tags attached. All sale items, special order items, and pre-order items are a FINAL SALE.

    *Pre-order items are FINAL SALE because specific size, color, etc. has been ordered for customer.

    *Merchandise returned that does not meet the return criteria will be returned to the customer, standard-shipping charges will apply.

    *If you received an incorrect order or defective merchandise, please contact customer service within 7 days of order purchase.

    Once the return is received, it will be processed in 1-3 business days. You will be issued store credit, including applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    CANCELLATION POLICY | Can I cancel or change my order?

    Once your order is placed, orders can CAN NOT be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout. We work hard to ship your order as soon as humanly possible. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.
